Quotes
Quotes are based on the size and condition of the vehicle as described to us. If the vehicle turns out to be materially different on arrival - significantly heavier soiling, mould, pet hair or paint damage not mentioned - we will discuss a revised price with you before starting rather than adjusting the invoice afterwards.
Quotes are valid for 30 days.
Booking and access
You are responsible for making the vehicle accessible at the agreed time and place, with enough space to open all doors and work around it. If we cannot access the vehicle at the booked time, we may need to reschedule.
Please remove personal belongings and valuables before the appointment. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.
Cancellation
Please give as much notice as you can. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may attract a fee where we are unable to fill the slot, particularly for full-day bookings such as paint correction.
Weather
Exterior work, and especially coating and polishing, requires suitable conditions. During the wet season we may reschedule exterior work at short notice. We will always offer the earliest practical alternative. Interior work generally proceeds regardless.
Results and limitations
Detailing improves the condition of a vehicle; it does not restore what is already beyond repair. Scratches through the clear coat, failed or peeling paint, permanent staining, burns, tears and odours bonded into foam or underlay may not be fully removable. Where we expect a limitation, we will tell you before starting.
Ceramic coatings reduce contamination and UV damage. They do not prevent stone chips, impact scratches or damage from automatic brush car washes.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, including guarantees that services will be provided with due care and skill. Where permitted, our liability is limited to resupplying the service or paying the cost of having it resupplied.
Pre-existing damage identified on arrival will be noted and brought to your attention before work begins.
Payment
Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
