What we collect
When you make an enquiry we collect your name, phone number, email address, the suburb the vehicle is in, and details about the vehicle and the service you want. If you book, we also keep a record of the work performed.
We do not collect payment card details through this website.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, provide a quote, schedule and carry out the work, and contact you about that booking. If you have asked us to, we may also remind you when a service is due.
Who we disclose it to
This website operates as a referral service, and enquiries may be passed to a local detailing partner operating in your area so they can contact you about the work requested. That is the purpose of the enquiry form.
We also use third-party providers for website hosting, form handling and email delivery, who process this information on our behalf. We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and job records are kept for up to seven years to meet record-keeping obligations and to resolve any dispute about work performed. You may ask us to delete your information sooner and we will, unless we are required to retain it.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, including limiting who can reach the systems holding it. No internet transmission is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Access, correction and complaints
To ask what we hold, to have it corrected, or to complain about how we have handled it, email or call (07) 4064 9518. We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can refer the matter to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Cookies
This site uses cookies only where needed for the site to function and to measure aggregate traffic. We do not use them to build advertising profiles of individual visitors.
