You tell us where the car will be and for how long. We arrive with everything needed - water, power, extraction gear, polishers and product - and work on site. You carry on with your day.
Most bookings are at home or at a workplace. Both work equally well. What we need is room to open the doors and get around the vehicle, which is about a standard parking bay plus a bit.
Where we go
We cover Cairns and the northern beaches: the city and inner suburbs, Edge Hill and Whitfield, out through Redlynch, north to Smithfield, Trinity Beach and Palm Cove, and south through Earlville, Edmonton and Gordonvale. There is a full suburb list if you want to check yours.
Travel is included within the normal service area. Further out - the Tablelands, Mission Beach, Port Douglas - we can sometimes help but it depends on the day and the job size, so ring and ask rather than assuming either way.
Wet season bookings
Between roughly November and April, exterior work is weather-dependent. Coatings and polishes need a dry surface and a curing window, and forcing that produces a worse result.
We will reschedule rather than deliver something substandard. Interior work - extraction, mould treatment, leather - is unaffected and often what people most need at that time of year anyway.

Frequently asked questions
Do you need access to my power and water?
No. The van carries its own water tank and power, so we can work in a driveway, a street park or an office car park without plugging into anything of yours. If you would rather we used your tap, that is fine too.
Can you detail my car at work?
Yes, and it is one of the most common ways people book us - the car sits in the work car park all day doing nothing anyway. Just check your building is happy for us to be there, particularly in secured or underground parking.
What if it rains?
Interior work carries on regardless. Exterior work needs a dry window, so in the wet season we will sometimes move a booking rather than rush a job that will not cure properly. We would rather reschedule than hand back a car we are not happy with.
How much space do you need?
Enough to open all four doors and walk right around the vehicle - roughly a standard parking bay plus a metre. Undercover is a bonus in summer but not essential.
